For Lot 8, we designed a modern hoarding that presents key property information in a bold and professional way.

The design highlights the freehold status, unit size, and exclusive living concept, while strong visuals and a clean layout help attract attention around the site.

For the Lot 8 project in Kampung Lapan, we designed a hoarding that stands out and speaks clearly to future buyers.

First, we placed the main message, “Freehold,” in a strong and visible position. Then, we arranged the unit size, parking information, and total units in a clean and easy-to-read layout.

Next, we combined high-quality building visuals with elegant interior images to reflect the lifestyle and quality of the residence. At the same time, we used a consistent colour palette and the Loft 8 logo to build a strong, recognisable brand presence.

As a result, the hoarding works as both a site cover and a powerful outdoor advertisement.
